Using Pillar Three of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Sacred Scripture, and John Paul II's encyclical, Veritatis Splendor, students who successfully complete this course should be able to describe a general overview of the principles of morality as taught by the Catholic Church. It consists of four lessons and four video lectures that address the meaning of moral acts, the difference between good and evil, and the formation of conscience.
